Functionality: Our skate park layouts are designed by experienced riders who have an ability to configure the positioning of each individual item of equipment in a logical and highly functional manner. The space available is therefore used to its best potential and the “feel” of the park’s design will be percieved as “right” by the people who will eventually use them.

Safety: All of our equipment has been designed in house and has design patents in place. Our primary remit was to create a series of ramps that will prove to be the safest in the market place. Our ramps are made in such a way to ensure there are no kinks or raised seams and no bolts, screws or rivets to come loose on the riding surface. Our ramps are fully constructed out of steel and ensure the potential injury factor arising from chipped or splintered wood is cancelled out as we will not provide ramps manufactured in this medium. The guard-rails we supply exceed RoSPA safety guidelines too. 1.2 m is considered by them to be acceptable, but we provide rails reaching a height of 1.5m. The paintwork on the riding surface is a bitumen/rubberoid-based paint that provides excellent grip. The sides of the ramp have a silver strip that enables a rider to be aware of where the edge of the ramp is in their peripheral vision and therefore help reduce the likelihood of them losing sight of where the ramp ends after executing a trick turn.

Maintenance: Our equipment is designed to be virtually maintenance free. It will only need the surface repainting periodically to ensure the continuity of a non-slip riding surface. The yearly cost of this can be as little as 0.5% of the capital outlay. We do not include the cost for repainting the ramps nor the sound deadening system in our warranty, however, materials and workmanship related claims would be covered by our guarantee. We offer a 5-year warranty on the riding surfaces and 15-year warranty on the framework. The sound deadening system is also maintenance free once it has been installed. For the warranty to remain effective a yearly inspection needs to be carried out by qualified technicians and remedial work advised as soon as practical. Further details can be obtained on request.
